I am extremely pleased with my purchase from Window World of Tucson. Dave the salesman that came to take the measurements and process the order was very professional. The window installer, Robert, did an outstanding job. He found an area on the outside of the house where the roof drain was directing water to penetrate window area, he fixed it up when he was installing the new window to prevent further damage. Robert took care when installing the new windows like it was his own house. I can't stress enough how pleased I was with this window project from start to finish and would highly recommend Window World of Tucson.

Window World exceeded all my expectations. David came to bid the job and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The installer (whose name I would mention but sadly I can't remember) was clean and meticulous about the quality of his workmanship and it showed. He cared for my home by protecting not only the carpet inside but the gravel outside my window opening too. He didn't leave a single speck behind. My windows are gorgeous, and I no longer experience the huge temperature swings that I did with my old windows. I really couldn't be happier. The entire process from beginning to end was STRESS FREE!

Had 7 windows installed on my 88 year old adobe home. David the salesperson was kind, helpful and informative. Tammy, who I spoke with at the office for scheduling was helpful as well from start to finish. Tim the installer did such an amazing job replacing the old original windows, and did a fantastic job with putting in the new window within the existing frame. He caulked around the new windows and it just looks so seamless and clean. Everything was beyond my expectations. It was a stress-free process, and I am grateful. I definitely recommend Window World!

We just replaced all of the windows in a 20 year old home we bought a few years ago. We’ve used Window World in Iowa before so we thought we’d try them again here in AZ and I’m so happy we did. They are thousands below other places, our windows arrived early and were installed to perfection. Everyone was 100% responsive and professional. No more leaks, no more bugs getting in through a lack of sealing and our cool air is staying in the house where it belongs. I will always recommend Window World for anyone looking for affordable windows.

I am giving a 5 star with some reservation. The quality of the windows are a perfect match for us. Cuts down on dust and noise. Helps retain heat and cooling. We did have damage to our main family room window. Zack came out twice to fix it. He was amazing! He even cleaned up a huge mess of expanding foam that the first installer left outside. He didnt have to do that. Our sales guy is no longer there, he placed the wrong order. However, the windows that did come in for the front of the house was a blessing in disguise. They look fabulous. We have a sliding door and one more window to order. We will use them again. Next time we will just request a manager to come out if a mess is left again.

So impressed with Robert, the installer, from Window World. The windows that were being replaced had a decorative border of stucco around them. Robert had to cute each of these windows and round the corners and did an excellent job (it certainly was not an easy). He was on time, cleaned everything completely and was very polite. I love the look of these windows and they are easy to clean inside and out. Would highly recommend Window World.

It’s true: They are Simply the Best for Less! We have had them out to replace windows three times over the past five years. We have a lot of windows! Never had a problem with them or their windows, but we cannot say that about others. Wondering if they will hold up to the heat? They have, but I cannot say that about the others.

Window World did a fantastic job on replacing my old aluminum frame windows. In today's window resales market, I did my homework and looked around at several companies. I chose to go with Window World for their spectacular customer service before the project and their pricing was reasonable. Their product sealed the deal for me as they were able to do two-color (outside-inside) without charging me a huge amount. The technician who came to do the install was very friendly and got the job done ahead of promised schedule. I would definitely use Window World again!

Window World was AWESOME to work with. They did everything as promised, in the time frame that was promised. Our installer was Tim...great guy, he did a super job! He even washed the new windows inside and out, he hauled the old windows away, and cleaned everything up!. We could not be more pleased.
